I have never had to go through the buying a new home process until now at 55 as I've always rented.

It was a lot of signatures even though it was online for the most part, but what made it all go smoothly was our realtor MARIE BARTH from COMPASS REALITY.
We've known her since 2015 during her time as our city council member who did then what she did for us now...SHE FOLLOWED THROUGH with what she said to the tee.
When we called Marie or text her she responded quickly usually less than a minute and for 2 very green home buyers Marie, her team and the Title company she chose helped us feel like it was just as easy as making a peanut butter sandwich.

Marie found us our NEW HOME in the area we asked (300 miles away) and the leasing agent for the HOA took us on a virtual tour using her iPhone theough a similar floor plan and Marie knew all the questions to ask that we did not. It's a NEW HOME that was being built as we were signing the contracts. We both agreed to buy the house after the virtual tour we felt like WE WERE HOME.

In this world today ONE ON ONE is rare to find but that is what MARIE BARTH at COMPASS REALITY and her team did for us, and she found a buyer that paid well more than asking for our house and we have one more house to sell and have no doubt Marie will deliver the same easy process, except on the next one I'll be more relaxed as I'll know what's needed.

5 STARS isn't enough for Marie Barth at Compass realty, 10 would be more fitting.
Call Marie and feel at ease she'll do what she says.

My experience with Marie Barth was filled with compassion and kindness. I had the task of selling my parents home. She was very thorough and professional. She did a lot more for me than I ever expected from a Realator. I really appreciated how on top of things she was and how she kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend her without any reservations.

We had two home sales with Marie this past year. The first was my mom’s estate which had many setbacks due to the condition of the house and the pandemic restrictions. Marie handled everything beautifully and added hours of extra work to help us get through the trials the setbacks presented to us.

The second sale was our personal home which went much more seamlessly but in the few bumps in the road we did encounter, Marie was once again a real asset to our sale. She was our rock!

I loved working with Marie and know she will be an asset to any other buyer or seller’s real estate endeavors in Lakewood!

Marie did a terrific job selling my Mom's home in Lakewood in Spring 2019. She had great advice both with regards to what to touch up at the home before sale and how and when to navigate the actual offerings and eventual sale. Her communication was always timely and friendly. I highly recommend her!
