Nicolas Fabling was awesome!

I found him through Zillow and was a bit skeptical on trusting him since he was a stranger I found in the internet.

Turns out he was a very professional and straight forward realtor.

He was patient and always willing to answer my questions. During the whole process he was available and very helpful.

It took probably over 4 months. To finally get an offer accepted and get under contract. The market was crazy and people were paying over asking price everywhere. I did feel a bit discouraged, but he was always open to walk properties with us. (My girlfriend and I). We have very busy schedules and he always found time for us.

I have now been in my house for about 3 months and cannot be happier with our first home.
I would highly recommend him.

Marie is a one-stop package for me and has been for several years starting with the purchase of our home. Not only do I get the benefits of her insights on the sub-markets (particularly East Downtown, Energy Corridor, River Oaks, and Heights), but also the recommendations from her vast network of real estate service providers (insurance, contractors, property managers, etc). So far the people she has recommended, I found them to be honest and quality focused. Marie and her group went well above and beyond what was expected. Everything from staging and finding the right layout to quickly sell the home, her team did exceptional. Marie, herself, drove miles upon miles to locate furniture and blinds just to perfect the look of the interior of the home. Also, her knowledge of the area and the neighborhood presented well with buyers during the weekly open houses. My home was in need to be sold fast and on a short time frame to work with. With the regular obstacles of selling a home, the shortened time and all, Marie stepped up to the challenge and completed the task. She was also a calming voice with the regular nerves that happen during the selling process. I would highly recommend Marie and her team to any person or group (homeowners or investors) as a selling agent.
