I don’t even know where to begin. I guess let’s start with the fact that Marie is PHENOMENAL at what she does.
She made sure we got everything we wanted plus more out of selling our home.
This was the first time selling a home so I was a bit scared of the unknown, but Marie made me feel so at ease.
She was able to get many offers and sold our home within 5 hours of it going live!
I would recommend her again and again & already plan on using her to help us find land for us to build our forever home!

Wow where do I start?! Marie is so genuine and authentic. An experience like this was definitely once in a lifetime. I not only held a professional relationship with her, but also gained a true friendship as well. My situation was tricky because my husband was away during most of the process, and she was still able to work with both of us. Marie remained patient, and strived to make sure our home could meet our wants and needs! She never tried to persuade me to veer away from the things we were looking for in a home. I cannot thank her enough for the countless hours she spent working with me and my husband. Her guidance through the process, support, and reassurance made everything so much easier and worth it. ABSOLUTELY LOVED!!! working with Marie Nino!!! It was the best experience ever and after buying our third house me and my wife can say this time was hands down. She was with us the whole time we never felt alone and left out to dry she was always there with us throughputthe process. I don’t even know where to begin. It’s hard to find a house when you are thousand miles away. With being a thousand miles away, Andrew made this transition so easy and smooth. We needed a house move in ready to meet our criteria. Not only did he delivered, he was there through the whole process. He went to a couple houses and facetimed us so we can see them . What it seemed to be impossible for us because of our requirements he made it happen in a week. I can honestly said that Andrew goes above and beyond for his clients. He is not pushy and takes your input very serious. He pays attention to your needs and doesn’t stop until he finds you the perfect house for you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!
