Marie was a wonderful advisor and expert in our home purchase! Her long experience means she's seen just about everything that can happen, and helped us understand the context of the many events taking place in the process. Great quarterback of the team, coordinating all of the different players in the transaction, and patiently explaining everything we needed to know. But most important, we trusted her completely - she knew and understood us, and put our interests first throughout. Strongly recommended!

I cannot put into words how thankful my husband and I were to have worked with Marie on helping us find the perfect piece of land to build our "Forever" home.

From the very beginning, she was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about what we were looking for, our budget, etc. She became very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our property.

As we live out of state our journey wasn't easy and we came across a couple disappointing bumps along the way. Yet, though it all Marie was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very honest. She expressed her opinions on each parcel and the surrounding areas and never tied to push us into purchasing for the wrong reasons or make an offer that wasn't smart. After over 2 years of searching and several trips to Idaho, we finally found our "Perfect" parcel for our "Forever" home.

On top of everything else, Marie guided us through the entire process with a smile. We can honestly say that we look at Marie as not only our realtor, but our friend. Besides her sharp professionalism and attention to detail, I guess it goes without saying, that we would highly recommend Marie to anyone who is looking for the Perfect, Highly Motivated and Professional Realtor.

Starting in 2015, for three years, Marie Kamprath was our GOD-send realtor to find our new home. Touring and investigating numerous properties for us, until the right one came along. She served our family with the utmost professionalism, patience, and kindness all that time. She is not just a realtor, but a dear friend now. When I hear someone is looking for a realtor, I tell them that Marie is the best!
