I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent for about 8 months, but have been involved in the real estate business for over 20 years. I am also a licensed Notary Public and a Certified Paralegal, specializing in contracts of all types. I have lived in the Farmingdale and Plainview NY area for over 35 years and have been very involved in the recent expansion of Farmingdale Village. I will work for you as your Project Manager, not just in locating a home for you, but in managing all aspects of your sale, from overseeing your home inspection, working with your bank or mortgage company to insure all your documents are in order, and then coordinating your closing.
