I had spoken with other agents and none seemed liked they really care and they certainly didn't listen. In fact due to another agent I missed out on a house because the agent was too busy (with personal stuff) to put in an offer in until 3 days later. Marieke always answered the phone or called me back immediately, she listen to what I wanted and only showed me houses that fit what I wanted and when I put an offer in she got me exactly what I wanted. I wish everyone worked as hard as she does. I highly recommend her and I will be using he again when I sell my current home and buy a bigger home. I would not think of using anyone else.

Marieke represented me in the purchase of my house. She guided me to an approved short sale and I closed in less than 30 days. Before I got up with her I dealt with other agents and they never explained the difference between a regular short sale and an approved one. The other agents I dealt with seemed to care less if I bought a house and didn't returns calls or keep me updated. I was able to contact Marieke almost anytime and if I left a message she got promptly back to me. She is the professional I would expect when buying a house (unlike the several others I tried). She worked extremely hard, gave me options and took care of any issues at closing. She really helped me out of a pinch as I had given notice to move, because the realtor (before her) had some questionable relationship in the short sale I was dealing with and the closing had to be delayed because of the issue of his shady dealings my lender uncovered, I was approved ready to close and the next thing I knew he cancelled the deal from under me and I had no where to move. Finally a chance to thank her the right way for all her hard work. I highly recommend her.

My family had two experiences with Marieke buying homes. Both were extremely satisfactory. The first involved myself finding and purchasing a property which had been foreclosed and bank owned. The second was across the street by my father-in-law. The first was frustrating since it was difficult maintaining any contact with the bank, but working together Marieke and I were able to complete the purchase. The second involved VA mortgage application with the bank nearly costing us the deal, until Marieke called her personal contact who was able to close the deal in a mere week! This was what I call special and outstanding service. No panic, no problem unable to be solved.
