Mariette took care of me just like her very own sibling- jovial, understanding and realistic. I had a lot of concerns about my first home, and she helped me to understand the pros and cons of each house, and of course paid attention and catered to each and every crazy whim I had. Mariette is great at home analysis and step-by-step explanation. She also did all the hard work- when a lender or the seller was falling behind, she was almost lawyerlike- ready to defend every action and prepared to reinforce the terms established per the contracts. She even paid attention to the little things I noticed in the homes I liked and made an effort to recognize them.
