This was our first time buying a home. We were looking for a great and knowledgeable realtor So, my good friend at work recommended Marilou to us and she was perfect. Very sweet lady, she made us feel very comfortable also very knowledgeable. She puts her clients need first did everything possible to help us get what were looking for. My house was off a very busy street and in a small subdivision no one seemed to know about. My first agent did what he could but it just wasn't enough. It was the end of my listing contract and thought what am I going to do now? Was in line at my post office and in front of me was this very lovely and likeable lady. Chatty me struck up a conversation which led to a "GODWINK" moment. Low and behold this angel was a real estate agent. Took her card and made contact a few days later. At our first meeting, I explained why I thought my house hadn't sold..wasn't the price but the location plus it would take the right buyer. We agreed on a price that I was comfortable with and Marilou started on day one working her phenomenal MAGIC. I had more showings in the first month than I had in the prior six months. So the bottom line if you want a genuine professional who knows here real estate business inside and out then stop looking and sign with the one and only Marilou Jacobsen. It will definitely be a selling experience you will want to tell ALL your family and friends about. P.S. my out of state move fell through so back to work Marilou went and in two week she found me the perfect size house that I am now putting my very own personal touches on.
