Marilu Kafka

A resident of Tolland since 1983, Marilu is a full time Realtor and a university graduate with more than 20 years of experience. For the last 10 years Marilu and CK have listed and sold 214 homes, and 85 buyer sales ,with a total of 299 units sold in Tolland, Hartford and Windham County. Throughout her career in real estate, she has focused on her customers by first getting to know and understand their priorities and drivers and then collaborating with them on the appropriate strategy for buying or selling a home.

Marilu's success has also made her a regular recipient of multiple awards and recognitions such as the Prudential Real Estate Network's President's Circle award. This achievement is awarded to top performing sales executives who are in the top 3% of sales professionals/teams in all North America.

Marilu, with her husband Cornelius, form the juggernaut Kafka Team. They are multi-year recipients of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Chairman's Circle Award, a national award given to Sales Executives who represent the top 2% nationally in closed real estate business.
