Marilyn Buckner

Real estate has been a passion for Marilyn most of her life. One of her first landlords hired her to manage all of his rental houses after seeing the transformations she quickly made to one of his properties. That creative talent and attention to detail have been Marilyn’s hallmark ever since. Marilyn has actively worked in real estate since 1999 in both property management and sales. Talented in organization, landscape design, interior design and photography, she loves helping clients present their homes in the best possible light to attract potential buyers and sell for the highest price. She has been the general contractor on two large homes and understands and loves working with new construction. Relentless in pursuing the perfect new home for buyers she assists, she strives to be outstanding both in communication and availability.
