MARILYN HOLDA-FLECK

Originally from Chicago, Marilyn made her way to New Jersey right after graduate school and never left. She lived in Westfield for the past 30 years and know the surrounding area well such as the schools, parks, neighborhoods, commuting options.
After a successful career in the high-tech industry (ATT, Bell Labs, Lucent), she now brings her experience and expertise to real estate.

Marilyn has more than 20 years of marketing experience, she knows how to position homes to sell for top dollar. Her skills in strategy, pricing, and competitive analysis all fit well in the real estate field.

Marilyn academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA. She has a knack for numbers, and this is reflected in how she fine-tunes pricing and negotiate transactions for her clients.
