I have had the opportunity to make a purchase on a house in the city of Detroit this past month. Purchasing a home can be daunting. Marilyn from EXP Realty has been there to help me through all steps to complete the purchase. For many people buying their first home, she is an excellent agent to work with. She is wonderful and patient. She will work with your budget and make recommendations. Since the housing market became a sellers market and the price of homes have practically gone through the roof (no pun intended), It is not guaranteed that a purchase will be accepted by the seller's agent. As my buyer's agent, Marilyn has used her expertise and knowledge to bargain for a price that both I was comfortable with and the seller's agent could accept. For anyone looking to buy a home in the tri-county area, you will not be disappointed.
