As a Real Estate Professional, I bring significant experience to every aspect of real estate sale including custom home construction and financing. My residential sales with buyers and sellers provided extensive knowledge of traditional housing market values which changed dramatically over the years, and, specialized knowledge of lakefront properties in six Central Florida counties.
Additionally, as a residential construction mortgage officer, I developed a comprehensive command of the process of financing and the new home construction market.
Later working with several Orange County commercial investors, acting as liaison among owners, architects, contractors, government representatives and specialized real estate attorneys, I resolved zoning issues and oversaw changes to upgrade buildings for new code compliance facilitating the sale of various properties. In the sale of property, it can be very efficient and timely to use a staging company to obtain the best sale price.

Originally from Northampton, Massachusetts, I held the position of Bank Vice President, Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Marketing. To help care for my parents who are now passed, I moved to Florida in 1990, lived in Lake, Orange and Brevard Counties for several years and moved back to Winter Park in 2008.
