Marin Rowland

Lisa Marin Rowland, known as "Marin" by friends and colleagues, became involved in the Real Estate business in 1997 when working for a mortgage brokerage, but within a year she concentrated mainly on the real estate side and earned her Real Estate Broker's license in addition to her Mortgage Broker's license. Marin l holds the designations of Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and handles many short sales and foreclosures in addition to traditional sales and rentals, from $30,000 condos to multi-million dollar homes, and treats all with the same attention to detail. Being a landlord herself, she also offers property management to her out-of-state investor-clients. Marin is originally from NY and attended SUNY Stony Brook before transferring to Florida in the early '90s to finish earning her Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University. Her knowledge of the area allows her to offer clients suggestions on many details including schools, restaurants and entertainment. She is very broad in her knowledge of Florida and markets properties from Hollywood to Coral Springs to North Palm Beach, and all cities in between (including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Parkland, Deerfield Beach and Lighthouse Point). She loves selling real estate and working with people. In fact, Marin was recently chosen to work with HGTV and their new 2011 series "My First Sale" which aired 2011-2012.
