UPDATE 2022: Second interaction with Mario, this time selling a house. Mario's standards of reliability, punctuality and making things happen did not drop one bit even during the pandemic. He gives sound advice, leads you through the process with confidence and patience which makes this stressful time feel easier. Needless to say, I will be calling Mario next time I need to sell or buy a house :)

My husband and I were originally given Mario Cro's name from a friend about a year and a half ago when we first started searching for a home. They had said he was amazing and was very dedicated to helping find the perfect place. Right from the first meeting, Mario had proven this to us.

Since this was our first home purchase, we expected every single step of the way to be stressful. With Mario, however, we felt incredibly confident and, honestly, a lot less stressed than expected. He is clearly well educated and professional when it comes to the real estate biz while also being incredibly amiable.

When it came to checking out potential places, he was very flexible with our schedules. Even while he was out of town, he made sure to have someone available to check out places when we needed to.

On top of that, he is also quite knowledgeable about house repairs and would point out parts of these different properties that may cause problems. Mario was very clear with what we were wanting and looking for in a home. If he didn't think it would be a good value for us or was below expectations, he would say so.

If we needed to reach him, he would get back to us quickly. Even after a year of us taking a break from house hunting, he was quick to respond and start looking again with us.

Mario has absolutely far exceeded our expectations. Even after we had moved into our new home, he was available to help us change the door locks and with some other set up. AFTER we had moved in.

What it really comes down to is finding a realtor who is working for you -- and that is Mario in a nutshell. If you are still in the market for a realtor, you really don't need to look any further than Mario. He is the one.

If my husband and I ever start looking to get a second home, we know who we are going to be working with.

I cannot recommend Mario enough - he is truly one of a kind. My husband and I were very nervous to start our first home buying process. Mario made the experience enjoyable and exciting - despite a difficult market! Mario was very responsive, professional, easy to communicate with, and so knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, my husband and I felt empowered to make decisions that were right for us but at the same time felt very supported and secure navigating through such unknown territory - thanks to Mario. We definitely experienced some emotional highs and lows with this unpredictable market - Mario was there every step of the way encouraging us to persevere and trust his expertise - we are SO glad that we did!! On top of all of this, Mario is also such a fun person to be around - touring houses with him felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. If you’re looking for a great real estate agent, look no further. Mario Cro is the best of the best. We were looking for a multi-generational home in a pretty wide geographic area. Our needs were specific and some of them changed halfway through the proceeds. Mario took on the challenge with gusto and was wonderful to work with all the way around. He knows what to look for - good and bad - and always goes the extra mile to make sure his clients get the very best. Mario and I had a heck of time finding a place. Whether it was just getting out bit, or buyers forgoing inspections, Mario never ceased to encourage me. If I had any questions on how anything worked would explain it until I understood. If he thought something didn't feel like the right fit for me, he would explain his thoughts. He was great to work with and if I ever found myself looking for an agent again, he absolutely would be my go to. Mario was an amazing agent from start to finish! I interviewed several agents for the sale of my investment property and he had me at "I work for YOU!" I've bought and sold several properties, both personal and investments, over the last 10 years and he is honestly the best of the best! Our first time ever selling a home and it went so smoothly with Mario's help. He was not only there to offer advice on projects to prioritize for getting the house ready to show, he was also there to help with the work. We needed to paint and he was there to help. We needed to pressure wash and he was there to help. We needed to pour some concrete and he was there to help.

Once the house was ready to show, Mario did all the work of finalizing the listing, including a 360-degree video virtual tour, presenting the offers to us and giving his professional opinions about the merits of each and how we might write up a counter-offer, and ultimately letting us decide which offer to accept. Through closing, he was there to answer questions and follow up on details.

I can't imagine having a better experience purchasing a home! Mario did more than show us homes we might be interested in purchasing. He seemed to enjoy looking at them with us, being critical of their flaws and pointing out details. He was interested in seeing and hearing what we liked and didn't like with each, and then when we walked into the house that felt right for us, recognizing that we instantly lit up when we saw it, but not letting that blind us to some flaws in the home.

Mario patiently answered all our questions and was genuinely curious about questions we asked and got back to us even when it meant figuring things out on his own when the selling agent didn't have answers.

In this hot real estate market, it was vitally important that he used technology to push out new listings to us every day and was available to coordinate with the seller's realtor and meet us at several homes on afternoons that we were free. Texts, emails and phone calls all helped to keep us informed every step of the way.

I could go on and on about things that Mario did that were above and beyond my expectations but I'll mention just two. First, the house had a garage door opener but no remote. He not only found one and wouldn't let us pay him for it, but he also came over and programmed it. Second, when the trash containers were overflowing with the seller's garbage, Mario offered that he had room in his can - and he put it in his car and took it away for us!

We have just sold our second home recently and were represented by Mario Cro of Hybrid Real Estate. Its been an unbelievably great experience for our family! We had some serious skepticism and concern after our experience in the sale of our first home. Well let me tell ya, Mario has completely changed our feelings on the process! When we listed our house the timing was during the shut downs. We were all unsure of what would happen in these unpredictable times. Because of Mario's hard work and integrity we were able to sell our house within a few weeks and for even more than we anticipated. He made himself available day and night to discuss any of our questions or concerns (and there was plenty). Even called or texted to remind us of all the appts and safeguards. This was so helpful, as there is a lot to keep straight. He even offered to help with work on our house prior to showing!
