Yes Mario by far is the best real estate agent I've ever used. His knowledge of the market, unwaivering professionalism, and valuable resources were instrumental in my family getting the home we wanted. There was no fluff, no sugar coating, no excuses. He told us exactly what we needed to do if we wanted to succeed. We followed his advise and within five weeks...we moved in to our beautiful home! His guidance made the process so easy. I have used Mario for a rental and my uncle used him for a home. I’ve also referred 2 friends and they all say the same. He will fight for you like the house and deal are his own! We have remained friends after and truly cares, takes you through the entire process by the hand if wanted, can’t recommend enough.

After working with another realtor trying to sell our home...I was beyond frustrated with the lies and excuses for the lack of what was promised. I reached out to Mario after reading his reviews to just chat. It was the best call I've ever made. He was precise, knowledgeable, and very sympathetic with our situation. He explained exactly what our challenges were and explained the solutions. Bottom line...he was honest and completly transparent. He provided a level of confidence we had never experience so we moved forward in hiring him to sell our home and all I can say is WOW! Not only were all his promises kept, but he exceeded all expectations. Our home not only sold within a week...it sold for more than the other agent had told us it was worth. Thanks Mario for the new boat! I can't say enough about Mario. He listens, is focus on details, demonstrating a passion for his career that
was beyond evident. He was so impressive that we proceeded to use him to find our next home and again...WOW! He is by far the most amazing realtor we've ever delt with and we HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing real estate assistance.

My experience with Mario, was absolutely fantastic! His knowledge of the local area, really made me feel comfortable; while searching for my future residence. Finding a home with a great school selection, was one of the top key factors, on my list. Attention to all my details, was taken into consideration; every step of the way. To make matters even better, Mario was extremely responsive to all of calls, emails, and questions. I’m quite difficult, at times, and chosing a home; can be stressful! Mario was absolutely amazing. I spent months with another realtor looking at multiple properties a week and being out bid multiple times before I connected with Mario. Our first call we went through everything I would need to do to be considered a serious buyer in sellers eyes, we got through that process and talked about what I could afford and what I am looking for. The first home we went to is the home I am now living in and am in love with. We went to visit the home in the afternoon, placed the offer, and were in contract that evening. We closed in 30 days, in which two of those weeks I was traveling. That is how simple of a process he made it! First time home buying was a scary process until I had his expertise guiding me.
