Mario is a licensed real estate salesperson with the Corcoran Group, specializing in residential sales, rentals, and investment properties in New York City, Westchester, and Long Island. He is also part of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR). Within 5 years in the industry, he has completed over 450 rental and sales transactions.

He is a highly motivated, prompt, and progress-focused agent. Mario understands the NYC market dynamics, as well as the complicated process of finding the residential that best suits the clients’ known and unknown needs. Mario is fluent in both English and Spanish. He was born in Cuenca, Ecuador, and moved to the U.S. at age 16. After moving to the U.S., he lived in Florida for the majority of his early 20s. Following that, he has resided in New York City since 2011. His background and family gave him an endless curiosity and an inherent passion for working with people. He is a natural talent for connecting with people.
