Luis was AMAZING! I was recommended him by a close friend of mine and boy, was that a good suggestion. Luis was quick to reply and give us suggestions for places to look at. He was patient as we looked at more than 20 houses and his company was quick to help us with the closing process once we had settled on our dream home. If you are looking to buy a house, the Padilla Team is the way to go!

The Padilla Team sold a house for us, and the experience could not have been better. They were extremely attentive and communicative in guiding us through every step of the process. They focused on every single detail in the presentation and marketing of the house, and their efforts yielded incredible results. We received multiple offered in less than one week, and the house sold at well over our original asking price.
