My Realtor Mario from 5 Star Real Estate Agency deserves more than 5 stars! When I decided to look for my first home in the Huntsville area, I knew I would have a tough time in the hot housing market. I'm thankful that Mario was able to provide his extraordinary knowledge and top notch attention to detail during my search. Mario delivered frequent communication and let me know what to expect at every step of the process. Although it took a while to find the right house since options were limited, he was on top of everything the entire time. We made several offers on a few homes and finally found the perfect home which was already in the process of being built. Mario was great to work with and answered every question I had. I've been in my home now for about a month and I absolutely love it! And Mario has continued to help me things even after closing. I can't thank Mario enough!

About 6 months ago, I became interested in buying a second home as an investment property. I had only ever purchased the house I live in and I was a complete novice regarding real estate investing.

I reached out to Mario Waker and told him that I wanted to talk to him about it. Mario helped me to get into contact with a lender that specializes in investment properties. He helped me to determine the type of property that would be best for me to invest needs. A few months after my initial contact, I had found an investment property that met all my criteria and my budget.

So between our first conversation and now, I have learned what things I’m looking for in an investment property, purchased an investment property, and have began generating rental income. It would not have been possible without Mario and the rest of the team at 5 Star Realty. Most importantly, Mario goes the extra mile to make sure that his clients needs are looked after. Can’t recommend them enough.
