I began my Real estate career over thirty years ago in Miami where my three children were born. After Hurricane Andrew, I moved my family to Pembroke Pines. Eventually as my children became older and left for college, I found myself as an empty nester and a much quieter house. I decided to continue my career, become a real estate broker, move to Marion County FL and begin my own company Marion Chandler Properties, LLC. After over 10 years in Marion County, selling and listing properties my daughter Kelly Martini, became licensed as an agent in St. Johns County She joined a larger firm but did not like the corporate atmosphere. Our idea was to open a smaller boutique brokerage with handpicked agents who share our vision. We believe rather than creating one size fits all product and asking our customers to conform to it, we work with each individual to tailor a program wrapped around their specific goals and requirements. Integrity is very important to us and our team is living proof! Anchor Today Realty was lovingly created. I am excited to relocate to St. Johns County and expand into Clay and Putnam Counties. Bonus! I am closer to 4 of my 7 grandchildren, work with my daughter, get to do what I love and stick to my values.
When I’m not showing property, I also enjoy nature, entertaining, cooking, crafting, fishing, exercise, spending time with my family and my very important seven grandchildren!
