Marisa was fantastic to work with! She led our search during an extremely hot market where listings did not stay open more than a few days. My schedule was challenging and we requested quite a few viewings over our 6 month transition to San Diego. Marisa always delivered, was exceptionally accommodating, and was proactive in finding listings as they came on the market.

Once we found our home, which is in exactly the location and price range we requested, Marisa was on top of everything through escrow. The process went smoothly and we closed exactly when we wanted to.

We can’t recommend Marisa enough. We began our housing search while out of state and Marisa was extremely accommodating. She helped us narrow down neighborhoods based on our preferences and price point. Throughout the search she was encouraging and resourceful and helped us find a great fit home within our tight time frame. She was also endlessly patient answering our relentless questions and was always accessible and communicative. Once in the closing period, Marisa was in contact with us as much as we needed and made sure everything moved along quickly. She provided many resources and suggestions that took (most of) the stress out of the process. She also kept track of every detail, made sure we were informed consumers, and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. We found our future home on Zillow, and contacted the realtor (Marisa) for a showing. We immediately received a response and we’re scheduled for a viewing. Marisa was a true professional, upholding all Covid-19 protocols, allowing us access, and very knowledgeable about the property. If she didn’t have the answers at the time, she responded with them within hours. Marisa represented the sellers and us (the buyers) professionally and unbiased.
