With over 20 years of success managing creative campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, she has built her career on strategic thinking, transformational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Marisol’s journey into real estate began with a passion for design and a talent for identifying property potential. This led her to successfully flip multiple homes in Westchester, Jersey City, and the Poconos. Inspired by these experiences, Marisol ventured into the short-term rental market, becoming an Airbnb Superhost by offering guests modern, luxurious spaces and memorable hospitality. As a creative investor, she expanded her real estate journey by becoming a licensed agent, broadening her expertise, and opening new opportunities to help clients find their ideal homes.

Raised in Uptown Manhattan, Marisol has also lived in Purchase, Rye Brook, Hell’s Kitchen, and the Lower East Side — giving her a personal understanding of the frequent moves and transitions many New Yorkers experience. This lived experience allows her to connect authentically with clients and the communities she serves. Whether she is helping a buyer assess long-term investment potential or advising a seller on pricing strategy and presentation, Marisol approaches every transaction with creativity, precision, and professionalism.
