Marissa has been helping others buy and sell real estate since 2004. She left a franchise company and started her own Real Estate Company, Dream Climbers, Inc in 2007.

In 2008, Marissa completed her Certified Negotiation Expert training to help her clients in their real estate transactions. Negotiation skills are critical to successful real estate transactions.

Marissa also has a lot of personal experience in Real Estate. Marissa owns a portfolio of rental properties, which adds valuable knowledge and understanding that is only gained from personal experience of buying and selling real estate of your own.
