Marissa Tapia

Marissa was raised in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico. At a young age, she learned the value of hard work, commitment and excellent customer service from her hardworking parents. She shadowed her mother in the real estate business over the last 25 years before acquiring her real estate license. Marissa earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Anthropology & Psychology from the University of New Mexico and her Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. Her passion for the past 10 years has been serving students, families and educators within her community in her role as a School Counselor. Education has had such a profound impact on Marissa and she hopes to serve Educators and their families in achieving their real estate dreams in her role as an Associate Broker at Origins Realty Group.

In her free time, Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their four beautiful children. You will find Marissa and Jason coaching youth sports and attending/participating in various community events. Their family is a First Responder family, as Jason works for the local Fire Department. Marissa looks forward to serving First Responders and their families in finding homes within the New Mexico communities that they so courageously serve.
