She's a wonderful soul. We were referred to Marita by a long time mutual friend who was familiar with her. There's not enough good things that I can say about Marita and the way she conducted herself. She was very knowledgeable of the area, the market conditions, and had the contacts in the area that made things easier. Marita is a straight shooter. No false pretenses, which was much appreciated.
