This review is very hard to do for two reasons... one is because I get emotional thinking and remembering what a beautiful soul Maritza is and how much heart she puts into making her clients dreams come true. The second being that she had dedicated innumerable amounts of hours researching and handling a complicated purchase due to major legal issues attached to the sale of the property I was purchasing and not once did she ever hint she wanted to quit!

Since she has been named the family realtor and has helped many family members with their real estate needs! She is truly a blessing and gift!
