Maritza also known to her clients as "M & M" is a San Diego based Realtor and Interior Designer. Her innate passion for interior design was nurtured by her father - a master carpenter - who demonstrated through his innovative work that designing and building is a way of life.
Her desire to promote eco-friendly/sustainable practices into the interior design and real estate industries is the result of having been raised in an eco friendly, vegetarian family that lived by sustainable values.
Maritza brings sustainability to life through rustic and modern interior designs, as well as through savvy and sensible real estate practices. Whether utilizing recycled glass on backsplash, Paperstone countertops or Kirei board cabinets, the outcome remains the same: less waste, less toxins and a cleaner, safer environment inside and out.
Maritza earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Consumer Sciences - Interior design, where she graduated, Cum Laude, from Cal State Northridge.
Maritza currently resides in sunny San Diego with her loving husband. They are devoted parents to two precious, rambunctious sons, and a brand-new baby daughter, who through the joys and demands of family life remain committed to serving the real estate and design industries by making positive and meaningful strides for countless individuals, and families.
