Maritza N. Torroba began her career in the Real Estate World in 1996 when at a very young age she started her own Residential Real Estate Appraisal Company. Since then, she has been involved in all facets of the residential, commercial, and investment Real Estate Industry being an accomplished professional with over 29 years of experience and expertise in real estate operations working with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.

Graduated from Florida International University, Maritza holds a Computer Science degree which brings her a unique combination of analytical, technological, and problem-solving skills to every transaction. In today’s fast-evolving market, where online presence and digital tools are essential, her computer science training gives her a distinct advantage allowing her to stay ahead of trends, use advanced software for property research and valuation, and provide her clients with accurate, real-time information to make strategic marketing and confident decisions.

Maritza has also been an active investor in Residential Real Estate in buying and selling her own portfolio of properties.
The experience as a Residential Real Estate Investor gave Maritza the opportunity to enter in the Housing Construction Industry later on becoming a partner in a Residential and Commercial Remodeling Company.
