I knew from my first year in the real estate business that I wanted to lead and train. As a Top Producing Rookie, I discovered I loved the relationship part of the business best. My future was to be in my relationships with agents.

Training new agents and growing the careers of experienced ones has been – and continues to be - hugely rewarding. One of my sub-specialties, matching people up and growing agent teams, has added an interesting element to the mix. I can honestly say I have one of the best jobs in town, working with the best people in the industry!
