As a Colorado native who was born on a cattle ranch in the small Front Range town of Elbert, Marjorie is passionate about helping others find their own perfect piece of her home state or ensuring her clients maximize their return on their investments here. She and her husband live in a log home in Florissant, just outside of Woodland Park, where they enjoy the natural beauty and mountain serenity of Teller County.
Prior to her real estate career, Marjorie worked as a paralegal in family law, real estate law, and insurance in the States of Texas and Colorado; and she also owned her own concrete and tile companies. These experiences have given her a wide knowledge base in construction & law.
Marjorie has also worked as a notary closing agent, which has given her the “back side” experience in closing real estate transactions.
When she isn’t working, Marjorie enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, and spending time with her husband, adult children, and her grandchildren.
