Mark has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in the Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Gabriel Valley, and has successfully negotiated and executed over 460 real estate transactions. He has specialized in being proactive in regards to marketing and pricing strategies in a changing marketplace. He prides himself on achieving a high level of customer service and maintaining long-term relationships with his clients. Mark makes it a business practice of exceeding clients' expectations on a consistent basis. His professional accomplishments include Prudential Foothills Realty Rookie of the Year closing 28 real estate transactions in his first year in real estate. He has been in charge of real estate portfolios for Fannie Mae of up to 40 foreclosed properties at one time. Responsibilities in this position included security, repairs, and marketing of residential properties for Fannie Mae. Mark is a Southern California Native, born in Orange County and raised in the San Gabriel Valley he has spent most of his life in the area, except for the 5 years he spent in the United States Marine Corps. When he is not working, Mark spends time with his family and coaches Little League for his sons at Lake Forest.
