If Mark hadn't told us we were his first real estate clients, we would never have guessed. His business acumen, tenacity, positive attitude, and ethics are unmatched. Mark helped us purchase a house during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, not to mention a tremendously competitive period in the New Hampshire housing market. He led us through remote live video tours of properties, created and managed electronic documents, and communicated with us around the clock via text, phone, and email. When our mortgage lender's underwriting process caused issues, Mark called them up and demanded escalations. When the seller's trouble finding a contractor to perform required repairs threatened the timeline, Mark found someone for them.
