We knew Mark before he became a realtor and because we already knew his character as personable and honest, it was easy to know who we wanted to go to when we wanted to sell our house. He gave us the best but honest advice going into selling, kept us updated frequently, was usually available to talk when we had questions or would get back with us in a timely manner if he was unavailable. We were able to move out of state before having a buyer but we were confident in leaving our home in Mark’s hands. Even though the housing market has been an unsure market for both buyers and sellers, he kept us reassured and never gave up on working for us! I have worked with many realtors in the past and never had a bad experience but Mark was by far the most pleasurable to work with!
