Mark worked diligently to put my house on the market and within one weekend, was able to find a buyer. Unfortunately the buyer backed out but shortly after, my house was placed back on the market, and within a day a new buyer was found and everything came to fruition. Highly recommend using Mark for your real estate needs!!

Mark Fontenot was the first realtor to call us when we decided to sell the 3507 Kirkman house in Lake Charles; consequently, he got the job! He got an offer the first week but the buyer was using a VA loan so every obstacle we met Mark had a way to overcome it! We closed on the house last Monday and was so thankful we had Mark Fontenot to guide us! When I had questions and texted him he would reply immediately! So if you need a realtor, I highly recommend Mark Fontenot!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Mark helping me get my house sold! You can tell he loves his job and is very knowledgeable about the current market as it is ever changing. He was able to get my house under contract in less than 2 weeks and had great with communication while keeping me updated as the selling process occurred. Selling this house was such a bittersweet moment knowing Mark and I had both made this house a home over the years after he and his wife sold this house to me a few years back. Our experience with Mark was awesome. He delivered on everything he said he was gonna do. He listed our home and within 24hrs had it sold. Great guy very professional and is not in it for the money are the sale he’s in it for the customer.
