As a first time home buyer, he walked me through step by step what the process is, and is able to point out and bring up many issues, concerns and thoughts that I would not have been able to figure out on my own. Our experience with Mark Fruen and the sale of our Chaska home was quick, easy and painless. Far above our expectations, it didn't matter that Mark was on the opposite edge of town. His in person response time was as if he were living right next door. Mark guided us on our listing price, but assured my husband and I he would support whatever decision we ultimately made. Working with Mark was easy. Very responsive to our messages and phone calls as well as flexible when it came to scheduling viewings at the last minute. Explained the process of closing and purchasing our old and new home in a detailed yet understandable manner. Very knowledgeable and well respected in his area and made sure to give us his undivided attention when we viewed homes. Kept us up to date with possible properties we could have been interested in. Made it a point to talk about things that may or may not be wrong with a home as well as what is amazing about them and the location etc. again very easy to work with him. 👍

My husband and I cannot sing Mark’s praises enough. We randomly reached out to Mark either in late 2018 or early 2019 as we requested a showing and he was listed as the contact. We were would-be first time home buyers and Mark was very prompt, kind, patient and informative. We realized soon after that showing we were not ready at that time to pursue purchasing a home. Fast forward to late 2019 when we were ready to buy, we reached out to Mark again because of great initial first impression and experience with him. After just one day of showings and looking at our selections on his listings website for roughly a couple weeks, Mark really honed in on what we wanted and actually found us our house!! He not only walked us through step by step what I feel is an overwhelming process, he also referred us to an awesome lender who we ended up using and helped us when we weren’t sure what to do. I first met Mark at an open house for a townhome he had on the market, and after talking with him a short while, I knew I would hire him as my realtor. Mark is a very knowledgeable and professional realtor in every way, and I was more than pleased working with him over the past year in the selling of one home and the purchasing of another.

Mark goes above and beyond to support his clients and does whatever he can to make the real estate transaction successful. He is trustworthy, an excellent communicator, and an all around great guy. Mark helped us find our first home in Robbinsdale. Since it was our first time buying we didn’t really know what to expect. Mark is very knowledgeable about the housing market and taught us what to look for in each home – the good, the bad and what to expect in the overall process. We learned a lot from him. Each house we looked at, Mark would research ahead of time and print out all the information that we could reference to while we were deciding. Whenever we had questions, Mark was quick to get back to us with either a call or a text. We have already recommended him to friends and family.
