Mark Gray

Mark was born in Eugene, OR to a family of real estate investors. Mark is not only knowledgeable about the Eugene/Springfield area, but at an early age was exposed to buying, selling and managing property. Shortly after graduating from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Journalism, Mark started working in the property management field. Having gained thorough knowledge of how to manage investment properties, he decided to start selling and investing in real estate and later co-founded Next Phase Realty.

Since 2006 Mark has personally bought and sold many properties around the university and has sold numerous types of properties including country property, high-end residential, multi-unit apartment complexes and commercial space. Mark and his wife Meredith have two young children and spend most of their free time around their activities.
