We had the fortunate experience in having Mark as our realestate agent. He came highly recommended by a friend and we couldn’t have been more pleased in going with him. We are first time home buyers and lacked a bit of “buying” knowledge. He was easy to communicate with, direct and clear with information and very trustworthy. Additionally, he was available any time we needed (phone, text and email). We would recommend him to any family or friend!!!

Mark helped my wife (Paige) and I purchase our first home in June of 2020. Mark didn't know this but we had worked with two other real estate agents and pursued buying a house twice previously with limited success but we heard about Mark from a family member and decided to give it a shot again.

Mark was great. He really elevated the home buying experience for us, and made the process really amazing for two people who knew nothing about buying a home. He guided us through the process, calmed our nerves when things got tricky, and helped set us up with a better lender than the one we had originally decided to work with. Mark has also been an excellent resource after we closed, and has answered a number of phone calls from us asking about things related to the house. We would recommend Mark 10 out of 10 times.

Mark is great, he was extremely helpful with finding my house! We looked at so many until we found the perfect one. He explained the process answered ALL of my crazy questions and is just an all around good guy. He made the experience enjoyable even though we spent a lot of time looking. Mark is an angel. My husband and I met Mark years ago at a first time home buyers workshop. We were probably in the worst situation of everyone there. My husband had just got out of prison, we were both unemployed, he had no credit and I had terrible credit. Mark made us feel welcome and gave us a plan for homeownership. He put us in contact with credit repair people and we began to fix our credit. He checked in on us and gave us advice as we went from GEDs to college degrees. When we finally got stable jobs and our credit scores up, Mark was there to help us through our first home purchase. He made sure we understood the process. He was also fast to act when anything got delayed. Mark is still here for us and we still call him with questions and he always has great contacts. There’s no way we would have thought homeownership would be possible without him. We highly recommend him.
