Mark Herendeen

Mark is currently in charge of business development with plans to pursue a real estate license in the near future. Mark brings his energy, his determination, his competitive spirit, and his beliefs about success to the team. Mark is an avid sports enthusiast who races catamarans competitively in the United States and abroad. He owns a high performance foiling A-Cat utilizing the same design as the new America’s Cup catamarans on a smaller but no less technological front.

When he isn’t at the helm of his A Cat he serves as crew on a Falcon F-18 manufactured locally in Titusville. Mark is a FSU graduate and has a Masters in Mental Health. In addition to being a full time real estate investor Mark also gives his time counseling at risk youth for a local agency on a part time basis. Mark is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and creative financing.

He has been investing locally since 2001 in residential, multi-family and commercial real estate. He and his wife, Lisa Herendeen, Broker -Owner of Real Estate Ink, were recognized by national guru Russ Whitney and inducted into the International Hall of Fame for the Whitney Intelligence Academy in 2008 for their success as investors. Russ Whitney has since sold the education group to Tigrent Enterprises now known as Rich Dad Poor Dad education group (Robert Kiyosaki).
