About Mark
Mark aids in finance and investment for the portfolio. His 30 years of experience started in the real estate appraisal and brokerage business joining in 2009 with a focus on valuation and returns. He coordinates finance, acquisitions, and new developments.
Mark obtained the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2002 and has been a part of the Heritage team since 2009. He has partial ownership interest in several properties within the portfolio and is dedicated to continually building value.
Mark majored in Real Estate and graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1987. He is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Broker, and is MAI designated.
Mark and his wife, Theresa, are proud parents of two children, Steven and Lacey, and currently reside in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
