Mark Johnson

Prior to commercial real estate, Mark was a global logistics (warehousing) executive. In that "first career" he led business teams that leased and managed over 8m SF of industrial space, including manufacturing operations in the energy, chemical, industrial, consumer and retail sectors. This work included building-out existing warehousing space and several build-to-suit solutions. The son of a commercial and residential builder, Mark is passionate about relationships, learning, service, quality and value creation. He has worked with both middle market companies and Fortune 100 companies, striving to realize as much value as possible in every interaction. Based in The Woodlands, TX, Mark is willing to work for you throughout the US, leveraging his extensive network of real estate and business relationships.
