Mark A. LaRose was born in River Forest, Illinois, March 28, 1957; admitted to bar, Illinois, 1982; admitted to bar, Michigan, 2000; U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois, 1983; Northern District of Illinois, Northern District Trial Bar, 1987; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, 1992; U.S. District Court, Western District of Michigan, 2001; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, 1996; 6th Circuit, 2004. Education: Southern Illinois University (B.S. with honors, 1979; J.D., 1982). Illinois Assistant Attorney General, Environmental Control Division, 1983-1986.
