Mark has been very easy to work with. I am a developer and constantly looking for properties to consider for new builds or great value purchases. I need answer quick and properties even quicker. That being said I get accurate and quick information from Mark and if we cannot find an answer he quickly uses his resources to find what I need. In a make it or break it situation I go to him. In my opinion nobody easier or more honest to do business with.

I worked with Mark on a deal that was very difficult. He and his team put together a financially thoughtful plan to help my buyer to afford to buy their very first home. I have been in this business for many years and never had a selling agent come to us with a plan to get a deal done when it seemed that it was improbable. I was very impressed at the out of box thinking and creativity.
