About Mark
Mark began his real estate career in the 90’s as the Director of Rental Management with Fairfield Communities, Inc. in Lake Lure North Carolina. Mark and his staff oversaw the rental operations of over 200 private homes and condominiums. Mark and his family moved to beautiful Hilton Head Island in 1995, and shortly afterwards, Sun City Del Webb recruited Mark as a new home Sales Associate. Then, in 2000, Mark transitioned into general brokerage with Dunes Real Estate and has consistently ranked amongst the Top Realtors in the Hilton Head area real estate market ever since, earning him many distinctions and accolades along the way.
