Mark was an amazing help in finding our home. He was very attentive to our needs and requirements as well as being extremely flexible with showings and answering questions/calls. He is the most professional person I've ever dealt with in sales, and he makes sure you're getting the home you want and deserve with no added sales pressure. He goes above and beyond to make the process seamless for the buyer. We had issues with the seller not having their side of the paperwork not in order, and he continually followed up and kept us updated. I believe if we had a different realtor the process would have taken way longer and we may not have ended up with the house we wanted. Do yourself a favor and get the best realtor on your side from the beginning. We had numerous referrals to use him, and I understand why now. I look forward to doing business with him again.

Mark was hands down the best realtor. He was very quick to first ever respond when we reached out to him because my husband and I wanted to sell our condo and purchase a house. Mark showed up to assess the condo and brought along some research he had done on the market we would be selling in. He gave his professional advice and told us how to get the condo ready for listing pictures, he advised on the price ranges we needed to think about listing for, but never demanded or told us what to do. He nearly suggested based off of his experience. Mark had us listed the same day he took our pictures (which turned out so beautiful). Our condo had an offer on the second showing, after negotiations we were under contract and ready for our turn to look at houses. We gave him a list of houses, he had us set up to see them all in one day. We decided to place an offer, mark was quick to draw up the papers and submit them to the other realtor. They accepted our offer, but mark didn’t just stop there. Some issues came up with the buyer of our condo and Mark had our back throughout the whole process. He told us his advice when we asked/needed it. He helped to “navigate the waters” through the confusing paperwork, our stressful buyer, and then our TWO moves. Mark would check on us and make sure we were doing okay and would always respond very fast to our text messages, there were times where he was texting us back around 10 PM (my husband and I both work very late hours)! He was recommended to us by a friend, and we have since told anyone who will stand still long enough about him! Mark is the best, and will always be our #1 pick!!

Mark is the most courteous real estate agent in Arkansas! Through my entire process of finding a home he made sure I knew what was going on and when other agents can’t keep up with him he makes sure that his clients are the ones taken care of and that they don’t have to suffer at the fault of others!

Mark is the hardest working person in Hot Springs Real Estate. Available to us as out of town buyers by all media. Kept us up to date and arranged all the showings we were came to town. Once we selected a home he handled the contracts with ease and professionalism He got us to closing without issue and we are not satisfied home owners in Hot Springs.
If we sell in the future it will be Marks listing.

I’ve used so many different real estate agents and had so many negative experiences. Mark is one of the first realtors I’ve used that made me feel good about my new home throughout the entire process. I understand there are so many things that can go wrong during this process that are out of the hands of the realtor and Mark was so good about dealing with these places and making sure everything is taken care of so I don’t have to deal with all of the intricacies. I would definitely refer Mark as THE realtor to use in Hot Springs and surrounding areas.
