We met Mark purely by chance almost 8 years ago. Mark helped us find a Playa Vista condo that met our needs and over the course of the next 7+ years we remained friends. When we were ready to finally sell our condo there was never any question who we would ask to help us accomplish this task. Following an extensive remodel in 2022, we challenged Mark to go ask for a price that was over the market and Mark delivered! We are so grateful for his knowledge, his professionalism, and his personable approach. Mark just made the process on both ends (buying, then later selling) so enjoyable. I’m not sure another agency could have delivered the professionalism and skill that Mark and his team at Barcode Properties exercised on the recent sale of our home. Each real estate transaction surfaces unique obstacles requiring patience, creativity and persistence to overcome. Mark instinctively knew when to employ various tactics to push the process along to close the deal. Although so much stands out about Mark, perhaps his greatest assets are his bullish negotiation skills and his carefully curated network of professionals, who helped to generate multiple offers and identify the right buyers. My family was astonished when we reached an accepted offer and opened escrow just seven days after listing. Without question, I made the right choice with Mark and would recommend the Barcode team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

A work friend referred my wife and I to Mark to help us purchase our first home, and I'm sure glad she did! We both had a lot of anxiety ahead of our first home purchase and Mark immediately put our nerves to bed. Mark hand held us through every step of the process, with a positive attitude and an infectious smile that couldn't help keep us motivated even during the challenging and stressful parts. Mark was patient, listened to our wants and not wants, and by the end of our search I think knew what we were looking for more than we did and when & where to push. We recently worked with Mark Miller and could not have been happier with the hard work and dedication that he put into selling our home. Everyone that was involved with the process was amazing to work with as well, from his team at Barcode Properties, to the photographer. We are expecting a baby in a few months and wanted to sell our home as quickly as possible. Mark worked late hours and on weekends (and even on his birthday) to list and sell our house in less than 30 days. He was so patient throughout the entire process and took his time to walk us through any questions or concerns we had, he really made us feel like we were his #1 priority.
