I'm happy to share with Mark's future clients my total satisfaction with his services, his abilities, and intricate knowledge of the high end real estate market in North Scottsdale. I recently purchased a custom home in a golf community and with Mark's assistance from the very beginning (setting up queries on the MLS that met my goals), during the negotiation period and securing the purchase agreement, throughout the due diligence period and lastly, close of escrow. It was a seamless and efficient process and his expertise was critical in making this acquisition. We have purchased several homes in several states including Arizona where two of those homes are in the Phoenix area. Mark has represented us as the purchaser on both homes as well as the seller on both homes and I can honestly say he is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Not only is he very knowledgeable about real estate and the market conditions but he also makes sure he is up to date on all real estate trends including the mortgage loan process as well.
On both homes he sold for us it never got past the ‘coming soon’ stage. He makes it a point to not only know the seller’s situation but also makes it a point to find out what situation the potential buyer is in and what their needs are. He then makes a deal that works for both parties without any unnecessary delays. My last home basically sold within hours at the open house he held 1 day after listing the home.
We moved to Arizona from Texas and for various reasons have decided to move back home to Houston, but one thing is certain. If we ever decide to move back to the Phoenix area it will take one phone call to Mark and I have no doubt that sometimes later that day I will have several homes to choose from that match my criteria, needs, price point, etc.
Finally, to be totally honest, I rarely write reviews on people, products, or services, but in this case I find it absolutely necessary to share my thoughts on Mark so that he can make another person’s home buying experience as pleasant and fun as ours was.

We worked with Mark to find our perfect home after relocating from the East. However, this was far from a normal buying process as the home we loved was a short-sale with many complications and challenges. It took almost a year to close this house. Mark’s knowledge, patience, follow up and professionalism ultimately brought the deal to a close and we could not be happier. Without Mark this deal would have never happened. Mark was so easy to work with. I really appreciated how he listened to my wants and needs in a new home. We can’t always get what we want but I must say Mark found the perfect home for me. He worked with my schedule and I never felt rushed or pressured. He helped to point out the pros and the cons with each property.
