Mark worked incredibly hard to find me the right home under tight time constraints, negotiated a strong deal and added a personal and trusting touch. Buying a home is a stressful time and Mark provided very knowledgable insights on the local market, made himself available whenever I had a question and most importantly, earned my trust. He listened intently during out initial meeting as to what I was looking for, my budget and time constraints. He provided open feedback on the pros and cons of all the houses we looked at around resale value, neighborhoods, condition of the property, required repairs/upgrades to be move in ready with estimated costs or solutions. During the entire process I felt incredibly supported and that he genuinely had my best interest in mind.
