I highly recommend Mark Nazzal and his team if you're looking to buy or sell in California.

Mark always kept us in the loop and followed through with everything. The level of communication throughout the entire process was really impressive.

Mark had a solid strategy and hit the ground running. On the first day, we already had 10 showings scheduled and received multiple offers. Plus, the open house that weekend drew in over 100 interested visitors.

We ended up getting more money than we expected, even above our asking price. From listing to closing in under two weeks, it was a really positive experience. Mark and his team truly went above and beyond.
