Mark Neusatdter

Mark was born and raised in the Downbeach community. His surfing career has taken him to beaches all over the world. He has lived in Orange County California as well as the East Coast of Florida before settling back into his hometown of Margate, NJ. He still resides in Margate with his family and has worked for many years as a manufacturer's sales representative in the action sports market. Mark has worked at all levels of business, representing well-known large companies while servicing corporate stores down to smaller family-owned retailers. He has held a real estate license for over 30 years and got his start with his father when he built and sold real estate both offshore and on the island. He has seen many trends come and go in this unique market and is looking forward to what the future of real estate brings to this area.
