There are truly not enough good things I can say about Mark. First of all, Mark is a man of integrity. He is professional and approachable. Mark not only "listens," but he actually "hears" and understands when you express to him what "you" personally desire in a home - not what "he" desires. Mark is a go-getter and is an extremely hard worker actively working on his client's behalf and keeping his client's best interests at heart. Mark is not only fair and honest, but he's an excellent communicator and negotiator. He does what he says he'll do and then he will get back to you. He isn't pushy nor does he breathe down your neck when showing you properties. He is up-to-date with the current housing boom in the real estate market and knowledgeable of future development plans in the immediate areas and surrounding vicinities as well. I bought my home from Mark in September, 2021, and I'm writing this review in February 2022. I'm letting you know that Mark doesn't just sell you a home and run. No, he has periodically checked-in just to see how everything is going. Mark is genuine. He is the "real deal!" Plus, he has a refreshingly great sense of humor. If there were more than 5 stars to check, I would check them all. You won't regret having Mark as your real estate agent. Best wishes.

Mark went above and beyond as our realtor. He was genuinely friendly and concerned about our needs and worked hard to find us the right house. He was with us through every step and even followed up after the sale. He is a caring professional and a man of integrity.

Mark works hard to give you the home of your dreams. He is always honest and transparent he definitely cared about us and our desires for our home. He was always available to us when we wanted to see a home or had any questions. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor.
