Best. Agent. In. Town. The house was listed quickly and efficiently. Multiple offers came in and what started out as your usual real estate transaction quickly turned into chaos. Moving is hard enough, let alone moving across the country which is what we were doing. Add in the stress of having to be completely done with the entire real estate process by a deadline? The perfect storm.

Mark worked tirelessly for us, even stepping in for the other “agent” who disappeared mid sale and didn’t seem to even be remotely competent. I hesitate to even use the term agent because she was a complete disaster but I digress. Back to the awesomeness that is Mark. I’m not sure this man even sleeps! He is always there and does all he can to get you through the world of real estate. He is extremely knowledgeable, takes pride in what he does, and cares for his clients. You’re not just another sale to him. He shows genuine interest in what his clients need and provides the best course.

In summary, there are not enough words to describe how amazing Mark Rankin is as a realtor and as a person. If you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell a home in the area - look no further.
